As we start to grow, we are seeking a outgoing and hospitality minded individual to join our tribe as a Waiter.
Job Description
The Waiter will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall experience of our guest by making sure they feel welcome and have everything they need. You will work closely with the Floor Manager, Kitchen and Bar staff to make sure the Restaurant is running on its full potential.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and timely manner
  • Taking accurate food and drink orders
  • Serving food and beverages promptly and efficiently
  • Communicating effectively with kitchen staff and other team members
  • Handling payments and operating the cash register
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area
  • Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer concerns or inquiries
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a positive dining experience for guests
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a waiter or in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer focus and a friendly demeanor
  • Basic math skills for handling payments
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
