As we start to grow, we are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled individual to join our tribe as the Floor Supervisor.
Job Description
The Floor Supervisor will work closely with the management team and department heads to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the beach gym and healthy restaurant. This role requires a versatile and organized individual with excellent leadership skills, a passion for promoting wellness, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Operations Management:
    • Assist in overseeing daily operations,including coordinating staff schedules, managing inventory, and maintaining ahigh standard of cleanliness.
    • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration between the gym and restaurant offerings.
  2. Customer Service Excellence:
    • Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
    • Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guest.
  3. Staff Supervision and Training:
    • Supervise and support staff in their roles, providing guidance and feedback.
    • Assist in training new employees, ensuring they are knowledgeable about our offerings and service standards.
  4. Financial Management:
    • Support in managing financial aspects,including cash handling, sales reporting, and expense control.
    • Collaborate with the management team to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
  5. Events and Promotions:
    • Contribute to the planning and execution of special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
    • Actively engage with customers to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role, preferably in the hospitality or wellness industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English is a must.
  • Passion for health and wellness.
