As we start to grow, we are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled individual to join our tribe as a Bartender.
Job Description
The Bartender plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall experience of our guest by managing and overseeing the operations of our main restaurant bar. You will be responsible for optimizing our diverse and refreshing beverage menu, ensuring exceptional customer service by the bar staff, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and efficiency within the bar team.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Operational Management:
    • Work closely with the other bar staff, ensuring they provide excellent service and adhere to established protocols.
    • Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management, order placement, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

  2. Customer Engagement:
    • Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalized beverage recommendations.
    • Implement and oversee initiatives to enhance customer engagement, such as special events, themed nights, and promotions.

  3. Training and Development:
    • Conduct training sessions for bar staff on product knowledge, customer service, and health-conscious bar tending practices.
    • Create a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging continuous improvement among the team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage trends, and health-conscious ingredients.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills in both English and Bahasa.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Certification or accreditation in bar tending or relevant field is a plus.
